Air Sial To Be Functional By Year End

The registration of directors for Air Sial, the international airline being launched in Sialkot by the Sialkot exporters under the supervision of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), has started.

However, airline would be operational at the end of the current year, announced Fazal Jillani, the patron-in-chief of Air Sial, while presiding over a meeting held at the auditorium of SCCI. He termed the beginning of the registration of the directors of the Air Sial an achievement for the Sialkot exporters, who will complete the mega project after the successful completion of Sialkot International Airport.

He said that the official logo of the airlines would be unveiled soon. The Sialkot exporters also showed keen interest in this mega project of Air Sial during the meeting. 

The meeting was told that the several companies of Europe have contacted the management of the Air Sial for the provision of aircrafts. Air Sial management would prefer to buy Boeing 727-800 aircrafts to start its domestic and international flight operations, it was added.

Jillani, who is also the former president of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), revealed that Sialkot exporters are enriched with the god-given spirit of self help for serving the nation in different sectors.
